I have had a keen interest in property and investing for some time. I have educated myself with multiple property training courses and have taken the steps to start deal sourcing and buying property. From the start of my journey until now has not been a straight and easy road, so I know how it feels to be lost and bewildered at the beginning. My aim is to make property my full time business and to help others achieve their goals. By helping others achieve their goals I want to create a strong network that we can all benefit from. My investments also include stocks, shares and cryptocurrencies. Having a strong background in construction has really helped in the property industry, and I expect this to benefit me more in the future.

DescrI’ve been obsessed with property since I was 13. I grew up around builders, where the dream was simple: build something with your own hands. A few careers later, that mindset still drives me. I started in design and marketing—skills that now power the brand and deal flow for Gil & Bricks and Lattuca Invest. I then led construction operations as an Operations Manager and Senior Appointed Person for lifting operations, which gave me the on-site judgment and confidence you only get in the field.

Since going full time in property in June 2023, I’ve continued building my own portfolio, which has given me the confidence to do the same for investors.

I’m most proud of the reputation I’ve worked so hard to build: straight talk—cutting through the fluff and noise that clutters our niche.

Since partnering with Lou at Lattuca Invest, that ethos has only sharpened: treat people right, deliver consistently—and people pay attention.

By Q2 2026, our goal is to be recognised across the UK as the best property acquisition and project-management partner. By Q4 2026, we’ll branch out to run practical training programmes that help investors at every level build their portfolios with confidence.

This partnership is still in its early, developmental stages—but it’s only heading in one very exciting direction.
